Above Tier One is Jonas Vesterberg’s thoughts around our current world of information operations, cognitive warfare and doctrine on D OPS.

Jonas is a communications expert and political analyst with over 25 years of diverse media, PR, and publishing experience across the U.S. and Europe.

He has designed, led and demasked complex OIE and COGWAR efforts, including their countermeasures. He is an expert on D5 / D6 doctrine and INFO OPS, especially in the global media space.

Jonas has worked as an investigator, linguist, communications advisor and consultant for Tier 1 SOF and gray zone operators in Europe and the U.S., as well as one of the world’s most iconic industrialist dynasties.

He holds a master’s degree in political science from Lund University and studied at UNC Chapel Hill and UPV.
